A rare opportunity to join a close-knit team doing genuinely specialist work — no generalist MSK conveyor belt, just high-quality orthopaedic rehab delivered one-to-one, in patients’ homes, across London.

Genuine specialism. Post-op orthopaedic only — hip, knee, spine, shoulder, ankle. No generalist drift.
Manage your own diary. 3.5 days per week — including Fridays off and a half day of your choice.

Salary & Contract
Annual salary (pro-rata, 3.5 days/week)
£28,000 – £32,200
£40,000 – £46,000 FTE equivalent · Permanent contract
📅 17.5 days holiday + all bank holidays
📚 2 days dedicated study leave
⛽ Full petrol expenses reimbursed

Who we're looking for
✓Full UK right to work — no visa sponsorship availableÂ
✓Car owner with full UK driving licence
✓Current HCPC registration and CSP membership
✓Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in orthopaedic or MSK physiotherapy
✓Experience of community or home visit work — you are comfortable working independently
✓Strong interest in post-operative rehabilitation — you want to go deep, not broad
✓Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centred manner
