Nico is an experienced physiotherapist with a proven track record of guiding clients through successful rehabilitation journeys.
Since graduating, he has built his expertise across both inpatient and outpatient settings in the private sector, developing a particular passion for post-operative care — especially hip and knee replacements. Nico also has a strong interest in sports injuries and ACL rehabilitation, and alongside his physiotherapy work, serves as a performance coach at a leading North London clinic.
Committed to continual professional development, Nico has undertaken additional training in vestibular physiotherapy and acupuncture. Chris Moore17 February 2025After having a hip replacement I thought I would rather have my recuperation physiotherapy at home as opposed to the hospital. I choose 'Post Op Home Physio' having reviewed a number of home physiotherapists. The treatment I received was first class and my programme was adjusted in line with my recovery. My physiotherapist 'Aaron' was excellent, taking the time to explain why the programme was changing. 'Post Op Home Physio' is highly recommended.Posted on Google

At one point I overdid it and was in pain . I was able to message and received a very reassuring answer the same day. 6 weeks on I am walking well without a crutch. Layla Hassan4 July 2023We had experience with Post Op Home Physio twice for my mum's both knee replacement (one at a time) , I give them a good give stars rating. Easy to contact, convenient way of payments and reachable when required to communicate. The physiotherapist (Adam) was an excellent and very experienced physio, always punctual and provided a written report about the recovery progress before my mum went to see her surgeon for post op follow up. My mum was 100% happy with the care and sessions she had with her physiotherapist. I definitely recommend Post Op Home Physio to others. We worked through a great program of home physio together and I can't recommend their services highly enough. Each session sets new goals and clearly spells out the stretches, routines, exercises and mindset needed to achieve them; with a dedicated personalised programme that has helped me make the most of my situation post-surgery. Having undergone two complex medical procedures I have also really valued the clear communication and the informed advice and guidance that has proved key to my recovery. Importantly, it has helped me maintain a positive mental state by understanding the recovery process day by day. Matt, the assigned physio, was clear and constructive, providing encouragement and reassurance about progress and expectations. My husband was always pushing boundaries and Matt handled his (over)enthusiasm practically and sensitively. This was an valuable addition following surgery on the NHS (SWLEOC). Fabulous! We are so pleased with the Physio provided for my elderly mother following a hip operation. The Therapist is patient, kind and fully engaged with getting her back to independent walking. The whole experience with this company is outstanding they do an initial assessment to establish the needs of each client and then set out a personal plan to suit those needs. He was wonderfully helpful after I had knee replacements 4 years ago and now he's coaching me through a total shoulder replacement where the recovery period can be slow and frustrating. He combines an ultra careful initial assessment with highly personalised exercise, just the right balance between too easy and too hard. David Collins3 September 2019I've recently had a hip replacement then I damaged my knee on the same leg as my new hip and was in Very great pain and quite desperate for some help. I found it extremely difficult to walk without pain. Mark from post-op home physio got straight to the problem and expertly helped me to stand and begin to move a bit. The exercise regime was well explained and was progressively developed week on week. I am now able to walk comfortably with crutches and and relying much less on painkillers. My pain levels are much less and my confidence has improved greatly. I understand what the exercise program is achieving and know I've got to get on with it. I have been encouraged throughout and hope to be walking with a stick very soon.Posted on Google
