What is included in our 60-minute Initial Assessment and Treatment session?

We will educate you on your surgical procedure, enhancing your understanding of your recovery journey.
What is included in our 50-minute Follow Up sessions?
In our follow up sessions, we focus on monitoring and enhancing your progress towards your recovery goals. We conduct a thorough review to ensure we’re on track to achieve the desired outcomes. Our hands-on treatment includes various elements, such as improving your range of movement, soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, walking pattern re-education, and scar therapy. We also revisit your PhysiApp home exercise program to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that it aligns with your evolving needs. Our commitment is to provide holistic and personalised care, ensuring that you continue the path to a successful post-operative recovery with each follow-up session.
